How do I list an item on The Denver Channel Classifieds?

1. Go to http://sell.thedenverchannel.com/misc/
2. Click the “Sell” tab on the top header.
3. Fill out all the fields including a valid email address and click "Get Started."
4. Once you are logged in, click the “Add Item” button.
5. Fill out all your item information and click “Continue.”
6. You can then choose to purchase pictures or other enhancements by clicking the “Purchase Additional Options” link or click the “Back to Profile” button.

 

How do I edit my listing on The Denver Channel Classifieds?

1. After opening http://sell.thedenverchannel.com/misc/, click on the LOGIN tab near the top of the page.
2. Fill out your Login Name (email address) and Password and click “Login.”
3. Click the “Edit item”button.
4. Now, just edit any fields in your item’s information and click “Continue,” or you can click the link to edit pictures.
5. You can then choose to purchase pictures or other enhancements by clicking the “Purchase Additional Options” link or click the “Back to Profile” button.

 

Why do I get brought back to the login screen with "session inactive," when I try to edit my listing?

Reason 1: If you have been logged into your account for more than 30 minutes, you will be logged out automatically as a safety feature. You can just log back into your account by typing your login and password.

Reason 2: If your Internet Browser Settings are not set to handle cookies (for your login session), you will receive this message. To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab at the top, and move the slider on the left to the "Medium High" settings. You can now login to your account and add or edit your vehicle listing.

How do I add pictures to my listing on The Denver Channel Classifieds?

1. After opening http://sell.thedenverchannel.com/misc/, click on the LOGIN tab near the top of the page.
2. Fill out your Login Name (email address) and Password and click “Login.”
3. Click the “Edit Item”button.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Continue.”
5. To add pictures or other enhancements, click the “Purchase Additional Options” link.
6. After filling out your payment information, you can choose which options you wish to purchase and click "Purchase."
7. You then can click the "Back to Vehicle Listings" link at the bottom of the receipt page.

8. Click the “Edit Item” button.
9. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Click here to modify list of pictures.”
10. Click the “Browse” button (labeled Picture #1) and search on your computer for your first image.
11. Click the "Browse" button (labeled Picture #2) and search on your computer for your second image.
12. Repeat this process until you have browsed and added all 9 pictures.
13. Click "Finish."

 

When trying to login I get "Invalid Login/Password Combination", what should I do?

Your login and password must be logged in the same way you originally set up the account. The system is case sensitive meaning if you use CAPS on any part of the login or password when you set it up, it must be keyed in this way later. If you have forget your password, click the “Lost Password” button on the login page, and your password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, try checking your "bulk or spam" email folder.

 

How long will my listing be on your site?

Your listing (along with any enhancements) will run until you sell it. After you have sold your item, you will need to login to your account and click the "delete item" button. If you do not login to your account for 45 days, you will receive an email letting you know that you must login to your account within 15 days or your ad will be removed.

 

How long after I list my item will it show up on the site?

Unlike many other online listing services, The Denver Channel Classifieds lists your item online immediately after you post it. If for some reason your listing does not seem to show up, you can contact Customer Service
